A. Personal Statement

I am an early career social sciences researcher who is highly resourceful , a pedagogy expert. An enthusiastic and self-motivated lecturer and highly resourceful, conscientious, result oriented individual who has creative experience in administration spanning twelve years at the University of Lagos. I have also contributed to the university’s academic community,  through research collaborations, teaching innovative courses, course advising and mentoring large number of students at the Distance Learning Institute (DLI) of the University of Lagos. A good team player with qualitative leadership skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical and reasoning skills. With ability to plan, implement and follow up to the achievement of set objectives. My research area focuses on monitoring the political landscape in democratic environment, teaching, observing elections across the national globe. My other research interest area is socio-work and area of specialization is social welfare, ensuring the welfare of my clients, students remain an area of passion that needs constant and regular touch by meeting the core needs of people with special needs in my immediate environment.
