Personal Statement

My professional trajectory has been shaped by an enduring commitment to advancing geospatial science for environmental sustainability, with particular focus on Sub-Saharan Africa’s most pressing water and climate-related challenges. My current research emphasizes regional and catchment-scale climate uncertainty, with the goal of supporting locally informed adaptation and mitigation strategies. I am keen to collaborate in the designing and implementing evidence-based frameworks that promote environmental resilience, equitable development, and informed decision-making in vulnerable regions on water-related issues.
