As a mid-career academic specializing in organisational effectiveness and human capital development, my goal is to bridge the gap between graduates’ capabilities and industry needs through research informed teaching practices and work-integrated learning. My research focus include organisational behaviour, human resource management, employee motivation, leadership development, gender issues, and education.
