Personal Statement
I have been in academia, and been impassioned with teaching and research, for close to three decades. My research focus has largely been on development and international economics. Specifically, I have led research teams on studies in trade integration, social policy and natural resource research, . My experience and training has facilitated collaborative research efforts with a plethora of local and international organisations, such as the NRF-TETFund, NBS, CBN, MAN, USDA, USAID, BMGF, Avenir Health and the Global Fund.
