I developed the first psychological test in Nigeria for the evaluation of professional automobile drivers. I possess relevant experiences from the corporate and academic environments; having once worked in a financial institution. I have affinity for modifying behavior in different settings by applying and leveraging on psychological theories and methodologies. I was one of the stakeholders that reviewed the document on the United Nations Decade of Action for Road Safety (2011-2020) on the invitation of the Federal Road Safety Corps in Abuja in 2012. I am currently in two research groups funded by TETFUND to investigate Oral Literacy of the Elderly Nigerians, and Assessment of Fish Composition in Makoko, Lagos. I am currently a member of the Environmental Evidence Synthesis and Knowledge Translation Research Cluster affiliated with the TETFund Centre of Excellence in biodiversity Conservation and Ecosystem Management (EESKT-TCEBCEM). I am a member of the Nigerian Psychological Association (NPA), Nigerian Association of Social Psychologist (NASP), American Psychological Association (APA), among others. I am a recipient of three fellowship awards: Institute of Securities, Nigeria, Nigerian Association of Social Psychologists and Nigerian Psychological Association.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">B.
