With over 6 years of teaching experience before coming to the University of Lagos, and having spent over 7years at the University, \u00a0I have developed a multifaceted approach to education that emphasizes critical thinking, collaboration, and the integration of research into the classroom. My courses, such as <em>Group Processes, Research Methods in Psychology and Psychology of Social change <\/em>among others, are designed to challenge students to engage deeply with psychological concepts while fostering an environment that encourages diverse perspectives and open discussion. I have always believed that effective teaching goes beyond mere transmission of knowledge; it involves inspiring students to explore and question the complexities of human behavior.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I have been actively involved in research that focuses on identity construction, inter-group relations, family studies, and mental health. I have contributed to the field by addressing pressing psychological issues and promoting evidence-based practices within communities. I am passionate about mentoring emerging scholars and collaborating across disciplines to tackle multifaceted challenges in psychology.
